The cargo van was not clean. It had dead bugs from highway driving all over the front, mirrors and windshield. The quarter panels behind the wheels had muddy splashing stains on them. The passenger compartment had debris on the floor and dust build up on surfaces. The rear interior has evidence (stain) of a sizable spill on the floor.
