The truck was not ready on arrival and smelled like smoke. The 24/7 checkout feature did not work. It told me I was in the wrong location when I was standing in the parking lot.

Please do not make customers park the vans. The drop off area was not clear and I got in an accident trying to move one of the vans because one the employees asked me to when I already mentioned I did not know where to go and there was someone blocking the main area.

The elevator malfunctioned last night and there were several people who had to either put their items back in storage/car or carry them up and down the stairs. There were multiple attempts to call for help to no avail. The after hours number listed was disconnected as well. All in all it was an absolutely horrible experience.

well most of the time i can the truck sharing was terrible i rented van on Sept 15 i was at the location at 7:30 used your terrible app :( i was given some numbers to find the van WELL there was NO van with that number :( Well I called and WAITED FOR OVER 35 Minutes to talk to someone i WAS PISSED OFF AT THE SAME TIME i was on chat with someone and then they gave me another number to find a van well guess what no van. Finally i a someone answered the phone she gave me yet a number for a van found it. :) well then she sent me to were the key was locked up ya sure NO KEY IN THE LOCK BOX The lady told me to call the manager so she connected me to his number..... Ya Sure he did not answer the phone i called back and waited again another 30 minutes what the heck. I was late for my event which i was planing on getting there at 8:30 well now it was 8:30 ....... LATE finally someone came on the phone she said they could not help me I was so PISSED OFF wow i had to wait for the place to open which was 9:00 I had to be at my event and be open by 9:00 i was late i did get my van finally yes i was late and was stressed out and late. this all started at 7:15AM i called on your terrible phone and waited for over 15 minutes on hold again. I did get a hold of someone on Monday she said she would give me 25.00 back HELL NO> I called and then had to call a week later finally on Friday the MANAGER STEVE CALLED Me I treid to call back a few times and he was not accepting calls I refuse to stay on hold on the phone my time is worth a lot more than waiting on hold for 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I am super up set. I do have a rental and feel that you should pay for my balance of what i owe there I will be removing my stuff in the next few days. BUT I NEED TO BE taken care of again I have had some small problems i got it your a business i am also a business owner SO WHAT I AM ASKING THAT YOU TAKE CARE OF MY BALANCE ON MY RENTAL UNIT AND WE ARE GOOD. THE MANAGER AT 899 BALTIMORE ST DETROIT. also not to add insult to injury i was a women alone in a parking lot in the middle of DETROIT AT 7:30 am in the morning waking threw looking for a F________G van that was not there .............. i was pissed off and scared to say anything else so what are you going to do for me..... to make me a happy customer i will say your staff has alway been really super friendly and helpful with my problems but this was unacceptable i do not have time to wait on the phone also why do you not have this where to make a comment on your APP would be very helpful in stead i have to make a phone all to find this is not good DEBBIE 586 604 3821 if i do not answer please call again or email me or tex me i want this issue put behind me i do use you quite often as you will see.

Overall had a great experience apart from the check-in being very slow. I got the truck at 9:15 after waiting in line since there was only one person at the desk. Returning it there was also a wait. Perhaps just more staffing since it was the last Saturday of the month with many other people renting! Thank you for your services, friendly employees, and well maintained fleet.

The person that helped me was polite but some of the other employees were not very helpful or responsive to customers when they’d walk in. One was on their cell phone the entire time I was there & another would walk away every time someone would would walk in.
