The truck key was stuffed into the lock box and wedged-in (because of the size of the key fob) such that I had to work it out using a small multi-tool I luckily was carrying. Had to struggle with that for about 20 minutes to get the key.

Gate locked...spent over 30 minutes trying to fulfill my reservation in the rain. Lock to obtain key rusted shut. Truck was dirty from previous rental. Terrible experience.

Inside of the cab of the truck wasn't awful, but also not the cleanest, it appeared that someone had spilled something in the cupholders and did not clean it up. My biggest complaint is that it is clearly posted on the hand Dolly that is mounted inside the box of the truck daily rental $7.00 I do not understand why I was charged $10 for them? If you have the cost posted for something then your company should abide by that. Not increase it on the customer's invoice.
