Though the location was fine, the truck was nice and clean, my afterhours online pick up experience was horrible. Apparently you have to make setting changes to your phone in order to scan. That process took 45 minutes. Getting someone to help and support me through that process was 4 phone calls and 3 "help" text messages later. At one point I was working with somebody in support and got disconnected prior to having resolution. That support person never called me back. I had to start the entire call process all over again. The parking lot of the truck pick-up was pitch dark. Then, I was asked to go find the right truck in the pitch dark. Take pictures of the rear, front, and the sides, odometer in the pitch dark. Look at my photos. If I didn't happen to have a flashlight in my car I would have not seen the truck numbers on the top upper corner or been able to take the requested puctures to move forward through the process. I my pick up location was moved from the orginal desired location which was just a few blocks from my house. The drop off location was also moved to a further location. When was originally planned. I believe I drove past 4 or 5 U-haul locations to get to the one I finally had to drop the truck off at. This then required me to get an Uber. Ride back from the drop off location. Huge inconveniences on both the pick up side, and the drop off side. The processs was not smooth. What's the truck had a check engine light on. Which when I'm picking it up after hours couldn't have been addressed without me not taking the truck. And, I needed to have the truck to move forward with my move. And then the drop off location of Arizona Sound was fine. It's just was way out of the area where I was at. Causing extra miles.
Steve HCustomer service sucked first of all she was very young . Very dingy she didn’t explain anything didn’t give me anything options she told me I was going to get money back when I return the truck back which I didn’t . I could had if she did her job right i end up loosing out .
