North Bay Auto was not inviting. The desk person did not even look up when I entered the building. I felt like I was an inconvenience. Which I probably was at this point since my original pick up location had no 2 wheel dollies. This reservation was booked in early May. I did not understand why I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to pick up when I reserved it at a location 10 min from where I was staying.

CHRISTOPHER KStop over booking reservations so people don’t have to drive 40 miles out of their way to pick up a truck. And it wasn’t what I reserved. It was much bigger than I reserved.
