The drop off location was not open. I dropped trailer on Saturday, Feb 8, mid afternoon. The location is closed on Sat and Sunday's. I called Uhaul for assistance and was transferred several times trying to find an alternative drop off and just didn't receive any assistance. So the trailer was left in the yard of North Bay Auto

We did an after hour drop off
Rodney DTruck cab was dirty
Gregory MEmployees were helpful and took care of me right away.
Rick bI had to go to three locations to get my truck. For a truck that I had reserved for three weeks in advance. I also had to drive 40 miles out of my way and spent two additional hours to get the truck and on top of all that I had to pay the men that were loading it two extra hours. It was not a good experience.
