Location and their employees were great. Uhauls computer system however, was terrible. It took over an hour to check out our pre reserved truck because your system could not handle the traffic. They have to fill out the form online over and over and over again. It took forever and customers had to stand around and wait while they kept repeating the process with us knowing they were in for the same frustration.
