Clearly I was delayed the key to the truck as thean on the phone was confirming with the store associate for about ten minutes when I showed her my phone that's says the tag number and for her to give me the key . For all that I could have done in person and the truck was dirty in the back and smelt like animals so I had to sweep it out before I loaded my furniture.

This is a new location for U-Haul. It is closer to my home so more convenient for me. The rental process was a little confusing as it is all completed by phone/text/links to U-Haul, etc. I am not very tech savvy, so I do not understand much of this process, but made it through and got the trailer rented and returned when finished. Trailer was easy to access for hitching and returning.
