I like the variety of equipment at this location and amount of equipment available at any given time. when I showed up the employee at the location wasnt trained how to process rentals, i had to wait for the employee that did know to come into work. When they did finally show up, none of the policies or features of the equipment were explained to me but he was very personable and helped me get set up quickly. The address is also some random person's trailer on google maps. As a customer i dont care about the address where the equipment is located I would rather know the address of the company I have to go into to process my rental. (In this case Covey Cafe which isnt super clear on google)

How U-Haul Reviews WorkJose was super helpful with getting the equipment set up. He stayed longer to help me as I am 8.5 months pregnant, even was late to an appt. What could be helpful is giving him more training and guidance on the trucks/trailers so he is fully informed. Had to climb out the window of my car because we didn’t think I could open the window once it was loaded on the trailer. Found out later that the wheel wells come down.

Kyla LProbably the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. The app didn’t work to check in and I sat outside for over an hour trying to get through to someone to help. I called the number on the order confirmation and explained the app wasn’t working so they told me to come inside and they could get me checked in if the app wasn’t working. When I went inside they quickly told me that they couldn’t help me, I had to call U-Haul customer service. Not to mention it was over 100 degree weather.
