John MThe couple who owns the business at this location were very kind and helpful. They were concerned that the u-haul system was not working correctly, but everything seemed to work out well until I went to drop the trailer off and discovered that it was not correctly checked in at this location.
KIPP DI only said no to the personnel being helpful because it was closed. I arrived during closed business hours, however, dropping off the trailer was easy. I'm not very good at backing it up so I parked at parallel and out of the way and it looks like they were understanding which I very much appreciate.
kimberly wI reserved a 10’ truck and they only had a 15’ truck available. It was more truck than I needed, more difficult to drive, and cost me more in fuel. I was quite frustrated that the truck I reserved wasn’t available.
