The employee does not ask if I need insurance, just charge it without asking. I questioned him if I had to pay for insurance and he avoided answering, just said: we never ask. I have a Geico policy that covers rental sevices. I was charged without my permision. Be aware of that unfair practice.

Not charge an extra day worth of truck rental for one our arrival over the 24 hour period. I had left the truck at the location and did not turn in the key because it was just after 6pm.i kept the key because there was noone to recieve it i figured id come in the next morning and return the key.unfortunatly i arrived one hour after my 24 hour period and was told the system was goin to charge me for an entire day even if the truck had beem at the property. The rental person told me that there is a return box by the door for thekeys but upon looking there was a lock box there but it did not state anywhere it was for uhaul key return nor was i advised about this upon renting so i had to pay for an extra rental day.

you should not ret that truck i took. it is very dangerous to drive. it has some steering problem, it goes left right left right all the time. im possible to drive in a straight line. it was also very old, tired and dirty truck. take that unit out of circulation now please! regards

The night before to return my truck i put gas , regardless I was charged with $7 for gas. Unbelievable !!
