I originally tried to rent the tow dolly from this location and was told they could not guarantee a unit would be available. I was sent to the main hub location and reserved a unit there with a drop off point very close to my destination. A day before my pick-up I received a call from UHaul telling me a unit would not be available and was told to go to the original rental location (Sullivan's). Had a good experience there except the drop off location was changed. I stilled dropped the unit off the same day at the original appointed location after explaining the confusion. A couple days later I received a call from UHaul wanting to know why I haven't returned the unit. I was pleased with the tow dolly, but not the confusion.
