The checkout process is a bit lengthy for the mobile self-checkout. It looks me about 10 -15 minutes to get approved. Normally that wouldn't be a problem but I took an Uber to the location and it was pretty cold out. Changing the process so some of the verification can be done prior to checkout would be best.
