Made a reservation online for pickup at 9am the next day and no one showed up. After an hour of waiting for someone to show up we decided to download the U-Haul app. The app is also terrible. It will not accept the pictures it wants you to upload. We ended up getting the keys after almost two hours. Not to mention that we wanted to drop the truck at a different location. Our contract stated that we were doing an “in town rental”. All of this could have been avoided if they actually had employees that would show up on time. Do not post your operation hours if you’re not going to show up. Terrible customer service and terrible experience.

I have been saying repeatedly that i did not get the equipment i asked for and also attached pictures but no one responding and still i have to pay whole payment and the uhaul i got was not at all in a good condition if you talk about the engine

Lisa LThe truck’s interior was dusty and had fingernails in the dashboard, which clearly indicated it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the utility dolly I rented was missing, and I wasn’t informed until I checked the cargo area myself. When I asked the associate about it, she simply said the location didn’t have any. I found this frustrating — were they just going to let me discover that on my own once I started moving? That’s not a considerate approach, especially on a moving day when stress levels are already high. On top of that, the driver’s seatbelt didn’t fully latch, which is a serious safety concern. The A/C also didn’t work, blowing only warm air, and the truck’s exhaust was extremely loud — not ideal for driving through a quiet residential neighborhood. Overall, the condition of the vehicle and the lack of communication made for a disappointing experience.
Jacobo TMaintain your trucks better, the air conditioning did not work and the alignment was horrible, the steering wheel was had to be turned in a way that blocked the view of the gauge cluster.
