After hours 15' truck drop off. * Location pretty dark - not enough lighting * Extremely limited drop-off parking * Used app to complete the drop-off - POOR service to complete the forms & upload pictures - Had to enter the same information 10x, due to poor connectivity - Pictures were almost impossible to get loaded * In all, what should have taken 5 minutes to complete, took almost 30 minutes * Finally, returned the vehicle with a full tank, when all that was required was 3/4 - feel free to credit my card for that extra $25 in fuel Greg Grizzell (615)887-4262

The interior needed to be cleaned. There were sunflower seeds (eaten, of course) and other debris. Standing on the outside, the interior appeared to be clean. Definitely needed to be vacuumed. The lock box was jammed was extremely hard to unlock. The truck drove fine and there were no other issues.
JASON PMade a reservation online for pickup at 9am the next day and no one showed up. After an hour of waiting for someone to show up we decided to download the U-Haul app. The app is also terrible. It will not accept the pictures it wants you to upload. We ended up getting the keys after almost two hours. Not to mention that we wanted to drop the truck at a different location. Our contract stated that we were doing an “in town rental”. All of this could have been avoided if they actually had employees that would show up on time. Do not post your operation hours if you’re not going to show up. Terrible customer service and terrible experience.
Aurelio SI have been saying repeatedly that i did not get the equipment i asked for and also attached pictures but no one responding and still i have to pay whole payment and the uhaul i got was not at all in a good condition if you talk about the engine
