Location is a gas station/mini market store in a residential neighborhood. Employee's were very nice. Building has steel bars on ALL the windows, and made us feel some what unsafe to be there. In the "drop off" part of the survey you have a question "Was the location clean and inviting?". Answer to both of those for the pick up location would be 'No'. You should add that question to pick up location.

I was told the person that "handles" the Uhaul was not there, so I was put on the clerk at the stores' cell phone to talk to them over the phone. He said he would email me the contract, never got it. So I didn't see how much gas the the contract showed and had to assume what was on the gauge was accurate. Ended up putting in way to much just to make sure I didn't get charged. Didn't receive contract until Monday 7/24. I dropped the truck off on 7/22. I was only handed a key and sent on my way, wasn't even pointed to what truck it was. The original location I was supposed to pick it up from had no trucks and said none were coming in. Then was told by a very rude regional supervisor on the phone in Birmingham named Nicole that she didn't have a truck and would have to call if/when one was dropped off. Could have cared less that I was moving my daughter to college, had a scheduled time to do it and a garage full of furniture and belongings. Extremely rude person. I am supposedly being given a $50 credit but for having to spend more than I should have for gas and losing almost 2 hours from my original pick up time, that does nothing for me. Won't be renting from Uhaul again. Very very very poor customer service.
