The help I received while picking up the truck was great. The issue was when I returned the truck.i pulled into the gated lot and parked the truck and by the time I exited the truck to leave the gate had been shut. It was chained and padlocked with no way to exit. I called and no response. I am a 60 year old man with a heart condition and had no other options but to climb a fence to free myself. A quick walkthrough would have prevented me from having this happen. Luckily I had someone with me to assist. Then to add insult to injury I was charged for dropping off the truck late and a fuel charge for 2 gallons of gas. Not the best experience.

It was unbelievably difficult to make their arrangements to pick up the rented trailer. The original location for pick up was changed the night before I was supposed to pick up the trailer. The day I was to pick up the trailer I drove to the location and it is a closed down restaurant that failed with a white piece of paper taped at the front door saying call this number if it’s regards to a U-Haul rental. When I call the number it was a private individuals answering machine that said nothing about U-Haul Rentals or what to do about picking up the trailer. So I spent the next 45 minutes on three different phone calls to U-Haul‘s main offices (wherever in the hell that is) to try to arrange for a trailer pick up for that afternoon. I finally just drove to a Known U-Haul dealer and made arrangements right there with them about picking up the trailer later that afternoon. Gravely U-Haul was excellent in the way they handled the mist step by the company and providing a trailer for me. I can’t say enough good things about Gravely U-Haul; other than they were simply tremendous, professional, and congenial.
roger dRental drop off was in Bulls Gap Tennessee, not in Florida, but other than that, U haul's portion of our trip was excellent, even when we had a flat tire and waited for two hours for the repairs, they compensated us with another day for our troubles. Thanks U haul,
