Reserved a utility trailer from a Stpetersburg Fl location a few days before I was supposed to pick it up but when I got there they said they do not have one that is a one way rental even though they had one on the lot but they would not let me have that one because it wasn’t a one way rental. They told me that a person would call me later that day to find the closest store that had one. I didn’t get a call until the next morning. They told me they had one 35 miles away that I could pick up. Needless to say I only had a total of two days while I was in town to get everything taken care of before I had to return home from another state. So I would recommend that certain U-Haul facilities be updated or retrained how your system operates.

Location was closed, so we left the truck and put the key in the lock box. I spoke with someone on the phone prior to dropping the truck off since we were dropping it off a day early and after closing. She was very friendly and helpful.

Joseph ZThe help I received while picking up the truck was great. The issue was when I returned the truck.i pulled into the gated lot and parked the truck and by the time I exited the truck to leave the gate had been shut. It was chained and padlocked with no way to exit. I called and no response. I am a 60 year old man with a heart condition and had no other options but to climb a fence to free myself. A quick walkthrough would have prevented me from having this happen. Luckily I had someone with me to assist. Then to add insult to injury I was charged for dropping off the truck late and a fuel charge for 2 gallons of gas. Not the best experience.
