Mark MDespite assurances from U-Haul that no charges would be made until "Frank" in Pinetop made a decision, I have recieved a bill for a "wrong dropoff." The charges have been flagged for fraud.
Timothy HI didn't even use the darn thing when it was put on for me the guy noticed the ball and the hitch were 2 different sizes so it didn't grip correctly and I WAS NOT going to take it on the hwy so it was a waste of money I would have went and bought the right ball which should have been mentioned thats very dangerous and I wasn't happy
