The process to pick up the vehicle was extremely slow. I made an online reservation several days in advance and I was the only person there to rent a vehicle. It took way too long to get the vehicle.

Sign was on the door closed didn’t know where it park the truck, finally found a lady who assisted with drop Off . Very confusing
Steven STrailer was infested with roaches. Someone left 8 U-haul moving blankets and the trailer light harness in the back. The only reason I go here is because it is the closest location to my home.
