They catch you with the $20 marketing but it ends up being an 85 dollar expense w insurance, mileage, tax AND gas after only using for 2 hours! When I got there to do a self pick up the app I was forced to download told me no vehicle had been chosen for my reservation, had to call only sit on the phone for 10 minutes where no one picked up. By karma's grace I was lucky enough that someone in the building nearby had allowance to the keys after hours and finished the process up for me. This single start goes to her.

The location was fine it is the company as a whole that sucks. I was asked at another location for an emergency contact which I enlisted my sister to be just that an emergency contact in case something bad happens I was not aware that she had a balance which had nothing to do with me I have rent from U-Haul before and I have always been on good standing but to inconvenience me because I know someone with a balance is ridiculous I will not be renting from this company overall and instead will go to a competitor
