i scheduled pick up for 4:45pm on monday (9/1/25) specifically at this location because it was listed as the only location that was available for pickup since it was labor day. i arrived to a closed location and had to reschedule the pick up for the following day. i arrived to pick up and had to wait around for 40 minutes for them to find the keys and the dolly. it was also advertised that if it wasn’t ready by pickup time i would get $50

After hours drop off was easy
MICHAEL PWas surprised about the $.99 per mile charge. It's been a while since we have rented a U-Haul. But, the truck was needed due to hurricane Milton evacuation and we appreciated being able to get a truck at the last minute.
