This was not an easy pickup. There is no parking if you are planning to leave a car behind. The assigned truck was parked behind and blocked in by other trucks. I called the number listed on the business window (business was closed) and was told I'd have to move the other truck to get mine out. This required me to pull out into busy traffic, park one on the street, then pull the other out to do the same, and back the original one in. Then I had to do the checkout process and pictures in the middle of the street. The keys for the truck were not in the listed lock box. The person I spoke with had to fumble around to figure out where they were. I would like a follow up with customer service about this experience.
