When the reservation was set up, I requested to pick up at the counter, not using the app. When I arrived (12 noon pick up), the business was locked and called the posted number. While the owner was very polite and courteous, the process of pick up was delayed. Otherwise, this would have been a 5 star review. I would rent from this location in the future.
