Not swept clean. Roof leaked into the unit. Thankfully no damage. Mgr was pleasant to deal with, but tried to sell me liability insurance, that I didn't need or want. But, they were flexible when I extended my rental by a week.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWas hard to find keys in pooring rain. Truck battery was dead and I had to jump start it.
Patrick KIf it wasn't for the customer service lady this review would be the worst review ever. They said the truck was on the west side of the building, it was not, it was on the east side. We ordered a furniture dolly but there wasn't one in the truck once we found it. The website said we received the truck before we found it so I couldn't get the code for the key. When I called the customer service, she gave me a code for the lockbox but it didn't work. Thankfully she gave us a different truck so we can be on our way. Of course it was her third try because the first code didn't work, the second code didn't have a key in the box.
