You really need to have the ability to talk to a live person on site so that errors can be cleared up quickly. My truck had the wrong equipment on it and I didn’t have time to go through some extended phone conversation that would have, at best, had me wait for someone to come out and get me what I asked for

CAROL WActually provide the hand trucks, furniture carts and moving blankets asked for. I understand I did a pick up and drop off outside normal business hours but they weren’t in the truck when I picked it up and I paid for them
