Low tire pressure, occasional engine shaking and vibration, and the check engine light was illuminated. I was not fully comfortable using this vehicle. This was a disappointing experience. Roadside assistance messages only said the check engine light shouldn’t be an issue, and for me to add air to the tire.

David BThe self pickup process is a nightmare and needs to be fixed. Makes no sense that uhaul needs to call one of my friends. Also I was with my friend who picked up when they called and the agent said he didn't pick up and I would need a new contact. Lost an hour of my day to that.
