Truck was missing equipment from the back. It was in good condition but a little dirty. I picked up the truck with only 8 miles of gas in it but I was given a credit. Customer service needed improvement, overall was average experience.

The app does not work well and I've had to call customer service and wait 3 times the last times I borrowed a truck. Using the App made our charges go up as they charged us for gas when I returned the truck at exactly what it was when I got it. Do not recommend
Julie KThe truck was dirty, there was only a 1/4 tank of gas in the truck so the first thing I had to do was fill the tank, I ordered moving pads/blankets and they were not in the truck and there was no one there to help and I reported that on my check in and still haven't gotten a credit for the cost. I actually rented from your other location and the reservation was moved to this location. I would not rent again from this location.
Scott GThe app was not working and has overcharged us. I brought the truck back at the same fuel level as when I recieved it. The pics the app took should have proved that. But we were charged $25 extra. While I understand that it is winter and the outside of the truck is dirty, the inside was dirty as well and the back had not been swept out.
