Actually provide the hand trucks, furniture carts and moving blankets asked for. I understand I did a pick up and drop off outside normal business hours but they weren’t in the truck when I picked it up and I paid for them

PETER CThe UHaul App was not working properly or user friendly when dropping off the truck. I could not close my account. However, Ms. Gao, my customer service rep, was exceptionally helpful the next day to close my account. Also, Ms Gao made everything go smooth with no issues when picking up the Uhaul truck. She corrected an error charge promptly, too. Ms. Gao went above and beyond. I was very pleased.

ARTHETTA CThe truck was clean enough for my purpose, but maybe a family would want the cab cleaned a bit better. I left it in better condition than when I picked it up,, but it still had some grime and dirt. I also feel like the truck I rented had some mechanical issues (maybe suspension) and should be thoroughly checked soon.
