Customer service was very helpful. Especially important with all the stresses of moving houses. They were very patient and understanding for all of the mishaps that occured during my recent move.
Patsakorn WAsk customers to clean the windshield especially if they are driving at night because of bugs getting splattered against the windshield. Other than that my experience with the U-haul was great 👍
JOHN WWas charged for fuel even though I replaced the fuel I used to the exact level I received the equipment with. This is my second bad experience with U-Haul and it will be my last experience.
John P1000% would never recommend this place. They claim to not “save” the photos we to submit and conveniently couldn’t find our odometer photos and said we drove over 300 miles when we drove less than 50. Do not use uhaul. Plus our equipment was not available as they let other people use them even though we paid for them. Total disappointment
