I reserved a 15 foot truck but was given a 20 foot - I appreciate that I was charged the 15 ft price, but I did not receive a notification about the switch - so had to call customer service for an explanation. As I was going through the pick up process, the app kicked me off the step before taking photos of the truck. I had to call customer service again to send a link to complete pick up. I did not select to reserve a hand truck, but the app said I did. there was no hand truck, etc. upon pick up. Overall it was fine but far from seamless process, on what's already a stressful day. I've had positive experience with U-Haul before so not sure if it's just this location or issues within the mobile app.

Drop off instructions were unclear. We were told to just drop off keys but then we found out we had to fill out a drop off questionnaire on the app. The only reason we knew to fill out the questionnaire was because we had used u-haul before. We called the location but no one answered the phone. Extremely confusing and unprofessional service
Helina PGreat customer service. We had another cargo van reserved and spent an hour with Uhaul customer service as the lock box wasn’t opening. Called A Best Self Storage and someone actually answered the phone and walked us through the process and was on our way in 15 minutes. It is so nice to have an actual person to talk to and help you. Next college move out will be back! Thank you so much for helping me!
LOUIS CRenting this truck was one of the worst experiences of my life. It’s to long to go into but my daughter was moving out of home into her first apartment, this should have been a milestone moment but thanks U-Haul it was a nightmare.
