Overall, all went well especially in contact with Katherine who was very responsive and accommodating!!! But, when I picked up the truck it had under a quarter tank of gas which I had to stop first and put some dollars in for the gas. Minor inconvenience. Recommend have gas tank filled at least half. Katherine was a huge help
Kevin JI received a call from Uhaul indicating the truck was not returned. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes and had to drive to location to verify the truck was in their lot. Unacceptable.
Dean CExcellent customer service here. Struggled getting the app to work but was able to get on the phone and resolve my issues and pick up my truck
BYRON P1. This drop-off location had no posted open hours and no one was on site at 11:00 on a Saturday morning. 2. UHaul YouTube presentation at https://www.uhaul.com/Tips/Loading/How-To-Return-A-Truck-Using-U-Haul-Self-Return-7028/ mentions taking pictures and using the app to submit and answer questions on equipment performance and damage. However the app does not allow user to do anthing other than verify dropoff location and date & time.
