This is the first time I have done an online pickup so it took a little time to go through the steps, but it was fairly straightforward.

JEFFREY BYou really need to have the ability to talk to a live person on site so that errors can be cleared up quickly. My truck had the wrong equipment on it and I didn’t have time to go through some extended phone conversation that would have, at best, had me wait for someone to come out and get me what I asked for
