Ask customers to clean the windshield especially if they are driving at night because of bugs getting splattered against the windshield. Other than that my experience with the U-haul was great 👍
JOHN WWas charged for fuel even though I replaced the fuel I used to the exact level I received the equipment with. This is my second bad experience with U-Haul and it will be my last experience.
John P1000% would never recommend this place. They claim to not “save” the photos we to submit and conveniently couldn’t find our odometer photos and said we drove over 300 miles when we drove less than 50. Do not use uhaul. Plus our equipment was not available as they let other people use them even though we paid for them. Total disappointment
Samantha BI reserved a 15 foot truck but was given a 20 foot - I appreciate that I was charged the 15 ft price, but I did not receive a notification about the switch - so had to call customer service for an explanation. As I was going through the pick up process, the app kicked me off the step before taking photos of the truck. I had to call customer service again to send a link to complete pick up. I did not select to reserve a hand truck, but the app said I did. there was no hand truck, etc. upon pick up. Overall it was fine but far from seamless process, on what's already a stressful day. I've had positive experience with U-Haul before so not sure if it's just this location or issues within the mobile app.
