I reserved a truck from a location close to me, but when I got there the location had been changed to one 13 miles away. I finally found the place and clicked on Pick Up. It was not the 10 ft truck I reserved, but a 15 ft, which had no ramp. I had to pay more than expected for a truck I did not reserve.

just location was issue , maybe in customers receipt should leave exact location when picking up trailers since actual person won't be present . let customer know that someone won't be present
Domenica PThis was a drop off location and there was no one there to assist. I was not told that this would be the case. The location was difficult to find and the address did not seem to match. It was not well marked. The person I talked to on the phone was great, but he was not present at the location.
