The guy at the counter has very bad attitude he told me to call head office and book the dolly while he was just on his phone. He told me that he can't make the reservation because he was busy i told him that he had bad customer service and he said am free to f off and leave after finally getting tru by calling head office on Clarke rd in London a service rep by the name Stella was very helpful in seeing the reservation tru she even waited on the phone for me to make sure I had gotten tru after finishing i had to go out in the yard and look for the dolly my self and also hook it up my self all he did when I drove to the store front was took a picture of the hook up I asked him to check the lights and he refused I leave with the dolly and return it back like 2hrs later and I told him and he said he will close the reservation when he's ready

They didn’t have a dolly that I requested and was just told to go to another location. I was told it would be removed from the bill, yet I was still charged.
JESSICA CHad to plow through a snowbank to get to the trailer and the coupler and wiring were frozen solid. They did finally thaw everything out by pouring hot water over it but the coupler was still extremely stiff - needed a hammer to tighten it and also later to loosen it.
KLARE BI waited over an hr to pick up the trailer. First the only staff who could help was busy. After 20 mins the gas bar staff sent me to the yard to see if he was there. Once I finally met with him, took another 15 mins for him to do the paperwork as he was on the phone for a different no uhaul related matter….then the trailer was frozen to the ground. He pulled the trailer up and broke all the wiring. Thankfully there was another trailer there so I asked him to get hot water to defrost this one. I’m not taking a chance on him breaking the wiring again. So another 20 mins later he comes back out. Gets the trailer hooked up. I’ve never waited so long for poor service!! Avoid this stop!!!
DEANNA BIt was close to the 401 and allowed me to get to my location easy and quickly.
