Shell Gas & Travel Centre in Drumbo was great. Original location we were supposed to pick up our trailer - Norwich ave in Woodstock Ontario - was absolutely AWFUL. Rude. Terrible customer service, I've actually never had as terrible customer service as I did there. Why own a uhaul if you don't want to rent uhauls!? Something needs to be done about that location .

The rate quoted was not same when I went get the truck verse the one over the phone by 40$ they were short handed we then had await almost 40 mins wile they try process are paperwork then the gas was off by over an 1/8 off of what they claimed hopping when the bill come in right

Reserved this online, two days later my credit card was used fraudulently. The lady at the pick up location tried to send me away because she didn't know what she was doing and wanted me to wait for her son or husband. I reserved it for 5 I wasn't coming back at 6 to suit them!! Worst experience ever! I did the online check in to 'speed things up' and still ended up there for over 30 minutes just to pick up a trailer. Terrible!

Being on time when somebody books an appointment. It took me 45 minutes to get my trailer. Then, when I got the trailer to smell like cow manure. That was unacceptable... To get where you're going and put furniture and a chair that smells that bad with no apology from anybody and poor customer service. I will never use a service again nor will I recommend it to anybody.

I booked online and provided all information required to have a quick pick-up. I spent over an hour at this location providing the same information. If I did not require the use of the vehicle I would have walked out. Terrible customer experience, I will not be using Uhaul in the future.
