Post signs saying there is a step so another customer wont break their foot. Adjust your attitudes your not better than your customers. Getting short and rude with us was not ok. Especially due to my sister falling cause of your step that had no sign saying there was one. She now has a broken foot. And you wanted to be short nasty and rude to us when she gave you attitude back. Never rent from this location go to an actual uhual place.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTrailer towed much better than I would think. It was very smooth and solid.
Colin GThe trailer was badly in need of service and they sent it out with me anyways. It vibrated so much it loosened the ball nut on my hitch and stripped the threads on my ball. I needed to replace the ball for my drive back, the worker didn't seam to care as I was trying to tell him what was wrong. I did tell 2 people, so hopefully they don't give it to someone else before it gets serviced.
