I'm not sure what time they closed but we returned the truck before 5PM and no one was there. I have no idea how to rate the location or it's staff. I did, however, note that once I was done checking my truck in through the steps on your app that I didn't want to use in the first place, that the charges for the equipment that I had reserved that U-Haul never delivered to me were still on my bill. Which meant I had to call you people back and have another lovely conversation with yet another cold, uncaring corporate drone that offered me no assistance, other than doing what the first U-Haul representative I was forced to speak to when they ruined my moving experience from the outset. I asked if he could refund me the Safe Move fee, as I felt like U-Haul made my move completely UNSAFE by leaving me high and dry with no equipment. Alas, the cold, uncaring corporate drone never uttered a word. Just silence, hoping I'd just shut up so he could finish reading me his prescribed diatribe for dealing with difficult customers that got shafted. Pathetic. I hope you all get back-aches and pulled muscles. I hope you stay dehydrated for a month. And I hope no one is there to help you. Just fill out this form and suck it up. And, oh yeah, pay somebody almost $300 while you're at it to fail you completely. I'm never using your worthless company again. But I'm sure you don't care. It's the new US corporate way.

Troy EMy experience rating has nothing to do with the vendor. Rather the experience is with the truck itself. The truck smelled extremely strong of cigarette smoke. Additionally I did not have confidence the truck would make it to Savannah GA and back to Dublin GA. I attempted to rent a truck in Savannah and check it in at the Dublin location. This was more expensive which I do not understand either.
Marty BThe loading area of the vehicle was extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor when I picked it up. I had to sweep it out before I could use it, and there was also a slick substance on the floor that created a potential safety hazard. Rental vehicles should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected between customers to ensure they are safe, sanitary, and ready for use. I was disappointed that the vehicle was not properly prepared prior to my rental.
