Please fix your app It freezes up and runs in circles It took over 30 minutes to enter half the information before it froze completely.

RAYMOND JThe check in on the app was really easy , but checking the truck in was not as easy . The app kept crashing . Other than that it was really easy.
JIMMIE BThe mobile app is not user friendly or intuitive at all. We wasted time trying to figure it out only to be told since we were picking up the vehicle later than our scheduled time (roughly an hour later than registered) it wouldn't take our reservation number nor did it tell us what the issue was.
