The check in on the app was really easy , but checking the truck in was not as easy . The app kept crashing . Other than that it was really easy.
JIMMIE BThe mobile app is not user friendly or intuitive at all. We wasted time trying to figure it out only to be told since we were picking up the vehicle later than our scheduled time (roughly an hour later than registered) it wouldn't take our reservation number nor did it tell us what the issue was.
JI Khad ordered a van but it was not available when I arrived on site. Ended up receiving a discount on a larger vehicle but it was not preferred. On-site employee navigated it excellently
