Godfrey NThe pick up location did not have the dolly that we had requested and seemed uninterested in helping us find one. When we went out to inspect the truck, there was a bunch of clothing and books and stuff in the back. He had to call the person before us to come and remove their stuff. It was obvious he had not checked the vehicle at all. When we got into the cab of the truck it was filthy dirty. There were coffee stains all over the dash and there was actually coffee spilled all in the cupholders. It was so bad that we had to clean the cab of the truck ourselves before we were able to make it on our trip. The truck ran fine and there was no issue with drop-off but certainly with pick up it was disgusting and we were at a point that we really were wishing we had not rented with U-Haul.
Theresa PI picked up the van at 9:00: there was no-one there, no indication of what to do. I will not use that location again
