This was suppose to be my drop off spot. They were not open and there was no spot to leave the keys. Had to drive 30 mins to another place.

Overall the experience was very poor. I booked over a month in advance and ended up picking up the trailer an hour outside of where I had booked it. I was given a day free for having to pickup the trailer a day earlier than the original date. After realizing the trailer was too big for our needs I contacted UHaul and asked if I could switch the trailer out for a smaller one as there was one on the lot where I had picked it up. I was told that since it was already dispatched I would have to book it all over again and therefore pay twice for a trailer. Our trip was over 8 hours and the bigger trailer was way to overpowering for what we needed. Upon arriving at the destination, I was having issues disconnecting the trailer from the trailer hitch. I was told for a fee of $300 an agent from UHaul would come to our location and help us to unhook it. I declined the fee and managed to get the trailer disconnected myself. I feel that since the equipment is owned by UHaul I should have received better service with my disconnect issues with the trailer. After this experience I will seriously reconsider using UHaul in the future.
