This location WiFi router is too far from the spot he parks the uhual. You have to walk back and forth to attempt to get photos to load. Ultimately I stood in 28 degree weather for 45 mins on the phone with two representatives and ultimately had to just email photo later on. Compete stress

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis pick up location was self serve, meaning one’s cellphone is their sole means for check-in. In many instances self check-in may be an excellent option, however this location was very remote and had almost no cellular coverage for multiple carriers making the pickup process nearly impossible. I absolutely do not recommend using this location!
Christopher HUsed smartphone service for for the first time, followed prompts , went well. Had to use return video provided by u-haul to finish up return trip- but all went well - ✔️
Michael PNeed better tires for winter but was fine. I realize not many people use them in winter
David VSnow was not even taken off uhaul spent 2 hours trying to deice the door so it would open and had to rent for extra day due to not being able to do what I needed to do in time and customer service rep didnt specify extra time when I called due to roads being bad.
