This person checking me out was not helpful at all. I’m fine to put the trailer on my truck without a hitch, but my annoyance is that not only did Dunwoody food mart not have an adapter for a 4-prong to 7-prong trailer light hookup… they didn’t even know what that was. Golly. If you rent out trailers, have a basic understanding of how they work

TERAISE OReceipt given for $100 but charges are $165, I was told invoice will be sent on email but no invoice so far. Please let me know what is actually informed to UHAUL for this rental. I need full information and charges.

PAUL GI was never able to utilize the "mandatory" online features on my phone, so I was unable to sign any contract or upload pictures of damages. The trailer was dirty inside and had large scrapes on the outside at pickup. Person at pickup did not connect trailer, did only a very cursory walk outside after I had to connect trailer and drive it to the front of the store. Contract did not reflect the days that I reserved.
