Excellent overall experience with this trailer and u haul once more. I struggle to think how they could improve on my experience.

Brandon KIt was a horrible experience. First, the uhaul was in a location I did not order it to. And I got a text about where it was for pickup, but it was 20 min away from the original location and the text said nothing about it being changed. Then, I tried to return it to where I book my original return for, and they told me it would charge me $1000. We were never told to return it to the location it got moved to. Then, we got charged double because we returned it after when I put. But, all in all, we only had it for about 8 hours which is not double time. I was extremely frustrated with this experience because in the past, it's been smooth. I'm not sure if I could bring myself to use Uhaul ever again after this. It was at least 2 hours added to my day and $60 more expensive and I can't afford much right now. I really would appreciate some compensation for this issue.
