This is the 2nd time I've rented from this location; this time not by choice. I had selected a different location and then was informed by UHaul that my requested trailer was not available at my chosen location, so I had to come to this location. This location is a food mart that does UHaul rentals as a side business apparently. The only employee present told me that she does not know how to connect a trailer to my vehicle, that I have to do it myself. She was the same employee that I had the same experience with last time. I have been informed by another UHaul location that UHaul REQUIRES their own agents to do the hookup (for liability reasons I presume), they do NOT allow the customer to do the hook up.

I returned my trailer 18 hours prior to my rental was due. They scanned it in 3 hours late then I had to call UHaul to get a refund for the extra day charged.
NICHOLAS Leasy to pick up, but this center did not provide the mechanism to disengage the hitch from the trailer. Otherwise was seamless.
STEPHEN RFor some reason, the owner at this location doesn't hook up the trailer to your vehicle upon arrival, nor does he disconnect it or close it out upon return, which most locations do.
DE SI took an Uber to pick up my rental as it was confirmed. When I arrived, I was told my order had been canceled, though I was never notified. They arranged for another truck, but I had to pay for another uber to get to it. The new location had the truck, but none of the equipment (Hand truck, furniture pads, etc). I had also arranged for help Loading through u-haul. All of the missteps made me an hour late meeting the moving help, which is not refundable. I understand things happen, but this lack of communication and unwillingness to make it right cost me about $300 and some scratched furniture.
