We only received a 11 blankets when we paid for 12. We did not realize until we started moving and when we returned was charged for an extra blanket. I felt rushed when returning a truck.

The clerk told me to go hook up my trailer and come back so he could take a picture - he said he didn't know how to do it?? I suspect that since he was the only employee and the Uhaul location was not in walking distance, he had no choice.

RODGER FThere was not a hitch coupler safety pin on the trailer, it isn’t legally required but I didn’t feel comfortable so I had to buy my own. Also the trailer light cable was damaged and not functioning fully, I asked the owner for a new cord and she provided one and it worked well after that. If I could get some credit for having to buy my own pin I would appreciate it.
