KIMBERLY SGot rescheduled at the last minute. The scheduling agent tried to get me to drive 2hrs to a different location to pick up a truck a day after I'd scheduled. The finally caved and got me a truck at a location closer to me. Once I got the truck, multiple check lights kept coming on. The truck was misaligned and needed wheel balancing desperately. That made my 7 hr drive so bumpy and uncomfortable. On top of all of that, the cruse control did not work which is a pain in the leg when you are on the road for that long. Very unsatisfactory experience.
