The internet or laptop was kind of slow. It took a little while to check in

MYLES MCustomer service is poor, the establishment is too dirty and disorganized, there are animals in the office, cats, I have no problem with that but I think it is inappropriate for customers who may be allergic to cats, the truck we picked up was dirty on the outside and not as dirty on the inside when we picked it up, I think that for U-Haul's reputation they should be more strict with their partners regarding the location, cleanliness and organization of the premises, I would not return to this establishment if I have no other options.
MIGUEL BI did not get the pads I ordered. They where supposed to be in the trailer. I need to reconciled with Durango.
