It was very busy when I arrived and I didn't think there were enough service people to handle the customers in line. Although I had pre-checked in online to save time at the counter, I still had to wait a while in line, so what's the purpose of online check in? While going through the process I went outside with the service person who asked me to follow him around the lot. He was searching for a 6x12 but didn't find one although his system said he had one, so I returned to the front. While waiting in the lot, another customer had returned this trailer due to a lighting issue and was going to switch to a truck instead. They then disconnected the trailer from his vehicle and connected it to mine. The customer said to me "hope you have better luck with the lights than I did". I did not see them do any interior or exterior inspections once they connected to my vehicle. After connecting and checking the lighting harness, they said all lights were working but I realized later in my trip that the R turn signal was not working on the trailer- it was working on my vehicle, just not on the trailer. Five hours into my trip. I had a tire blow out on I-95S in GA and had to wait 90 min. for service. So, as far as service of equipment-inspect, check, recheck and ensure that all lights are working and all tires are in good condition before letting a customer drive off the lot.

The line can be painfully slow even when only one party is in front of you, let alone 5+ parties. I'm glad I used the app to check in and out, but I still had to wait in line (to not be a jerk) to get my keys. So, two suggestions: * Maybe there's a way to set up a key station, or move the keys to the side of the counter so anyone can side-step the line (and show the app to an employee). * A lot of people were still in line, so maybe it'd help to run a temporary promotion where you save 10% for using the app, or get five miles free or something.

I was told by one representative that I had to fold all of the blankets in the back of the truck. I climbed up into the truck (it was a very hot day) and began folding them while my children and husband waited in the car. Another representative came by and asked me what I was doing, and said I definitely did not need to fold them. The inconsistency was frustrating, I was left not knowing what to do.

We rent a U-haul each year our daughter moves in and then out of her college dorm/apartment. As she is a rising senior, we have now had plenty of experience with this location. This past rental was the first time I was given the number of my truck with instructions to get both it and the dolly I rented myself. Every single time prior, the truck and dolly were gotten for me and pulled to the front door with the air conditioning on to cool the van some before I entered. That also allowed the gas hand location to be verified with my contract. None of the above occurred for this last rental. Per usual, however, the front desk employees were very nice and friendly.

Richard was amazing! He helped me troubleshoot a problem with my trailer light assembly. It was a fuse in an odd location underneath the back of the car. Would have never found that without him. Hats off to you Richard, most people wouldn't have done that. There needs to be more people like you out there! Go see him, he will take care of you.

The employees were very professional but I was disappointed that I had to wait an hour to check out my truck. I reserved the truck in advance. I think there should have been a seperate line for customers who reserved their equipment in advance.

A/C was working when I picked up truck but on way to drop off furniture it stopped working and almost felt like heat on the way back to drop it off. Not the locations fault but not a comfortable situation after unloading furniture.

The number on the key was not the number on the vehicle. The mileage noted on the contract was incorrect. The vehicle mileage was different and I had to return to the location to have the contract adjusted. Wait times were long. The attendant was friendly.

I did not go into the facility as i was dropping off my rental truck. The lot attendant was friendly and helpful. He quickly ran through the return inspection and I was on my way after an extremely long day.

They didn't have a 10 foot so was forced to either pay higher for mileage or bigger truck. Then was charged higher than quote when I did less milage than thought I would, how is this possible? Always seemed rushed not enough employees. Only go there because they were the closest, but new place may be my go to.

Check in express and pre-payment is the way to go. I went into the location and was assisted immediately. I was able to have the trailer connected and contract signed within fifteen minutes. Excellent service!

The uhaul smelled horribly. The equipment stop working, I had to stop every couple of miles to fill the tank because the gas gauge stop working. To top it all off the tire blew on the highway with no working lights on the tow.
