I believe your pricing model is intentionally misleading and effectively charges multiple times for the same expense. I intend to request a review of the model by the NC Attorney General’s Office.

I was told to put the gas tank back at half a tank, however when I got in the truck I noticed it was a little less than half. This was no big deal so I let it go, however when I return the truck I put the gas tank back at half like I was told, and then found out the guy had marked that it was above half and they charged me an extra 5.00 even though I actually put in more than what I had. This was the 1st time this has happened to me and I have been using Uhaul for years. Never again will I go with Uhaul.

Major problem though. The originating station did not allow enough mileage. And at this price I should not have to pay an up charge. The drop off location blamed it on the front end station. Saying they could have made a larger allowance. Drop off location could not adjust. So, to me it just appears another way that U-Haul can boost their prices yet advertize and sell on the front end at a lower appearing price.

Did have to return truck to have mirrors fixed. They were just spinning around so it was dangerous driving. Was able to fix but in future truck need to be better check so I won’t have to return and waste time and miles

Pls make sure the gas gauge is full before pressuring customers to keep pictures in their phone to prove their right. ( if it is not full pls do not write it down as full). Customer should not be treated as dishonest, instead they should be treated honestly by your associates. A pleasant attitude of the associate may be appreciated. Still appreciate your service

I had an excellent experience with the exception of the interaction with the scheduling manager. I didn’t intend on keeping the uhaul for longer than a few hours but had a personal EMERGENCY and I felt terrible about having to extend it. The scheduling manager made sure I knew that she would have to call the other family to let them know to look elsewhere. That was disappointing and made me feel even worse.

Drive up drop off point with attendant who was right there to check me in. Very efficient and courteous. Took no more than a few minutes from the time i drove in until i was on my way.

The system Uhaul uses is very slow and there is always issues no matter which location I'm at. With the number of rental transactions uhaul does on a given weekend, I would be money well spent to update and modernize their system.

Make this store the poster of all stores. If was staffed enough when I walked in. They said hello to me as soon as I walked in. Answered all my questions about products to protect my furnature, and he showed me how to connect the trailer and load the trailer.

I'm a fedex contractor that used a to deliver during this busy holiday. The guy who checked me in when I dropped off the truck was telling me I used the dolly and bag with cloth. I explained that I didn't use it because he said that he will put it down has I did and he was very rude.

No improvements needed. I reached out to u-haul at the last minute because budget truck rental cancelled my reservation 2 days before my big move. They had no trucks! I called and spoke to Jemario and he was able to find me a truck immediately. The entire booking process was less than 10 minutes and the price was much cheaper. I highly recommend this location and they definitely came through for me during my last minute cancellation with the other company
