I was dealing with a really hard time and there was a representative that was very helpful to me. I had option to pay for my storage unit in a settlement, and I was told that I had a certain amount of time to get to the actual unit to sign the papers for the settlement to retrieve my things. The day that I called to make the payment, they had already auctioned my stuff off. I had made phone calls. I had sent emails but none of it really mattered. My whole life was in that storage unit, and I lost everything due to misinformation from a representative I’m extremely hurt. None of my items could be retrieved.
