Trailer had one inch hole in roof

The only issue that I experienced is in regards to being able to pick-up my van prior to the store being open. I did not recieve any information telling me use a lock box and so I had to wait at the store till they opened. It would have been nice to have that information so the store doesnt have to do double work. The store team was amazing and explained the process to me.

Left tire of rented trailer was low. Need to check tire pressures more frequently.

The manager was very helpful and I hope this low star doesn’t affect her. I’m upset with U-Haul and the experiences I’ve had the past week. My first reservation on 9/23 was hell but I’ve left a review for that already. This reservation was cancelled at my first location. Upon arrival. Therefore, I had to go to another location (this one on New Raleigh’s hWy) when I get to this location, I was already an hour behind schedule due to the last location not having my truck, and now this location didn’t have the key. I waited just under an hour for the manager to come and give me the key. She was nice and helpful but the process was terrible and my truck wasn’t guaranteed. I didn’t get my $50 as promised but was offered 20 percent off. I should be reimbursed for the inconvenience and my promise of having my truck!!!

The lady that was there yesterday when I returned the trailer was kind of rude. She told me that I was not the greatest helper in the world. Then I asked her if she needs any help but she told me: "just get out of here." then I said; ok, thank you. she replied with: "whatever". I plan to rent another trailer this weekend to take supplies to the hurricanes victims in the coast. But now I'm not so sure if I want to rent from that location.

The loading ramp in the 26 foot truck is the same length as in the 20 foot truck, this makes going up the ramp way too steep for safety. It needs ro be at least three feet longer to make a safe ascent. Ohter than that, everything was super. EJS

There seemed to be a lot of confusion at the front desk. The associate almost gave me another truck (belonging to someone else) because the keys to the truck I had reserved could not be found initially. It was busy, so I understand that. But the system should minimize confusion while ensuring all reserved trucks are guaranteed issue with little to no conflict. And just to add, I was disappointed to find that an organization with the size and notoriety of Uhaul does not offer any reduction in fees to military vets or service members. This use was because of convenience, but future consideration will be given to those businesses that recognize the sacrifice of my military brothers and sisters.

The truck was clean but had over 150,000 miles and rode and handled poorly. The windshield had a small crack and the driver window would not go down. I was happy that my useage was limited to 40 miles

A very frustrating pickup process. Checked in on-line but still had to wait in line for 45 minutes in person upon arrival. Told to wait outside for equipment. Once trailer finally hooked up, we were told to return inside for paperwork. In total, 1 1/2 hours to pick up. This process is not efficient and wastes time on a day when time is needed elsewhere not in the Uhaul rental office.

It really irritated me that there was a dolly and bag of moving blankets left in the truck. It would have been great if I was going to use them but I was not and couldn't move them because you all would have charged me if I broke the green tie.

I'm actually shocked I'm receiving a review email from U-haul. Let's where should I start. Well my original delivery date for my U box/pod was September 19th. Reason for that date was simply because my son and I were moving in on that day. Since all of our belongings are in that U box/pod we chose to have it delivered on September 19th. The U box/pod finally arrived September 27th. The unbelievable lack of communication with your customer is almost a crime. Plus there was damage done to our belongings. Thank U-Haul, you guys suck.

I was told to bring truck back at 1/4 tank filled and that my rate was 29.95 for the truck plus miles, I was charged for the gas and a rate of 39.95

Everyone was courteous and very professional.

UHaul online overbooked at the original location even though location indicated nothing available. People were being turned away due to no vehicles. Still had to redo all paperwork at the second location even though reserved through UHaul online, including license, etc.! Had a terrific and friendly team at the second location from desk to return.

I am 64 years old and had to call a friend as a reference to rent a pick up for 6 hours. I felt embarrassed and appalled. I’ve never had to do such a thing!

Very nice

The customer service at this location is impressive. They were knowledgeable, helpful and got me in and out in minimal time even while it was raining pretty hard outside.

Mr. Coleman and his staff were great to deal with.

Checked in on line still had to wait in line to pick up uhaul. Need a line for just people that check in online. Some had waited in line for 30 minutes or more.

No one explain the self check in service to us. We arrived on time but because cause no one explained how to check it in, it took us 45 min to check it in and we occurred a next day charge for being 30 min late.

Ron did a great job getting me set up with a trailer quickly and provided all the information I I needed.

Stay open Your facility is clean, convenient and fits my needs to a "t".

I have had good service previously but this time it took over 90 min to check out with my trailer. I waited in line for 35 min to get to the counter and receive my trailer then was told to wait back in line to get my paperwork. That took another 45 minutes just to get my paperwork. I would recommend this location highly once the staff configuration was taken care of.
