They put the wrong lock on the back door of the Uhaul truck. I had to use the chat feature AND call Uhaul customer service to get the correct code for the lock while I sat in front of someone’s house to buy their dresser looking like a fool. The customer service representative was very nice to deal with and was able to help. The people on the chat were NOT helpful by any means and kept giving me the code to the key lock box. I finally got frustrated and told them they were not listening to anything I said. Whoever put the wrong lock on the back of the truck - you had one job bro. Thanks a lot. What a waste of time.
