Not a professional experience. Didn’t have the boxes and bags I ordered. Had to complete the transaction on a busted phone screen. And added a 30.00 charge that I didn’t want. Go to any other U-Haul location for better service. Had issues with the app as well.

The process was super easy and seamless. The truck was perfectly clean and in great condition. Drop off was very self explanatory as well. Overall a great experience I'd rent a U from here again.
