The agent(uhaul rep) was not there when I arrived to pick up rental. One of the barbers had to call him for me to get a key. Upon return of the rental, a charge($15) was added that I did not ask for when I made the original reservation. I was told that the charge would be deleted, it wasn't. I call uhaul customer service and thankfully they were able to reverse/refund the overcharge.

The pickup location didn’t have the furniture dolly I had reserved, so moving everything was a lot harder than expected. When I got here, these guys had exactly the heavy-duty dolly I needed and rented it. It made a huge difference. Really friendly, welcoming people and great customer service. Definitely recommend this place!
