Nothing to improve. The drop off u haul process went extremely smooth. It was my first time doing a u haul drop off so the guy was very helpful In making sure it was done correctly. Very kind and super friendly. Great customer service! Thank you!
nazly bNot a professional experience. Didn’t have the boxes and bags I ordered. Had to complete the transaction on a busted phone screen. And added a 30.00 charge that I didn’t want. Go to any other U-Haul location for better service. Had issues with the app as well.

Trinity MThey charged me $79 even though I only used the van for 2 hours. When I called them to ask about the charge, they hung up on me.
