All went very well and truck was ready as promised. Dealer was very courteous and made sure we were well taken care of!

The gentleman working didn't know how to use the system, so I had to just leave the key and he said his son would do it later. Would have been nice to know that everything was taken care of before I left. The parking lot was pretty small too. Was hard to park the big u-haul in.

It took us over 45 minutes to pick up the trailer and be able to leave. The person at the counter was totally unaware of our reservation. Even after showing the email from UHaul that we had in fact a confirmation, he wouldn't let us take it. He had to call someone else to verify and spoke in their foreign tongue in front of me so I don't even know what was being said. The communication process is very poor if A and B can't have the same info so the customer can get the product. As for dropping it back off at same location as pick up took all of 5 minutes.
