It was listed as a 24/7 no contact requirement and that was in accurate. I was done with my rental at 4:30pm on Saturday but the location closed at 4pm and I couldn't return it on the app so I drove back the next day to finalize the return.
Beverly LI hate the process of renting anything, but this place just makes the process easy every time.
Joseph MThe interior inside is very dingy and grubby. Safety is always first, and I notice the steering pulled real bad to the right and the service airbag light would keep coming on. So that's a big issue. Safety wise, there were some dents around the truck. Other then that it was fair. I would have returned it when I got back home. But I was committed to moving real early in the morning, so I didn't want to go through that transaction again.
TOMAS RTruck had check engine on. The sterring wheel was pulling hard right. Vehicle is poorly beeing cleaned and kept.
