Judy was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I would be able to get the truck from the location where I requested, despite another location trying to change it. She reached out with her supervisor and verified I would be able to get the truck at the location 1/4 mile from my home versus 5.3 miles when another Uhaul location called and told me the truck I reserved was going out of town. I considered that truly looking out for the customer’s needs. Kudos to Judy and a big thanks for your help and support.

No agent at location even with advertised open hours. I dropped the truck off at a different location than my reservation, U Haul app would not work at drop off. I had to make 4 phone calls and over 6 hours (finally to a scheduler) who changed my drop off reservation.

Steven KThe “office” reeks of cat urine. The cab of the van was filthy and the entire van smelled of cat urine as well. I had to have the windows down and the air blowing to survive driving this vehicle.
