I wish I could say the same about this place like I did about my pick up experience: But where I dropped it off (eagle mountain, UT), the front desk worker was very rude and threatened that she would charge me $50.00 if I didn’t have the back of the truck spotless. So I went back there and triple swept the back of the truck. She also charged me 4 gallons of gas after I filled up what I used. I would’ve highly recommended this U-Haul place for sure webut after my drop off experience, I’d make sure that you have everything spotless and that you fill up the gas to full even though you were given 3/4 of a tank.
FAITOTOA AWe rented a furniture dolley but we did not receive one as promised.

STEPHEN DMary at the rental location went above and beyond to help us because the app was not working at the spot where I needed to take my picture. Even though it was after hours she let us into the office and helped us get our registration finalized. She was so helpful!!!
