This location did not have the tools to remove the quick links from the chains so the chains could be removed from the vehicle. I had the necessary tools and did it for them.

Stephanie BFirst thing the holder for the hand trucks was broken and we could not get it back situated. Then, we got back a little bit late and the price jumped from 29.99 to over $200. They could not print a receipt to show the charges. Thankfully a person with me was able to cover the charges. Neither person at the corner acted like they knew what they were doing other than continue to add charges to the rental. This seemed like a fly by night business and i would never use it again or recommend it to anyone.
