Unsafe and poorply operated location. Uhaul representative's behavior was unprofessional and quite frankly rude. He charged me for equipment that I never received and was unhelpful never showing me or helping me at all to navigate through the steps to complete my rental, I had to ask a store customer to help me complete the steps tp procure my rental truck. what an awful experience.
Sonja HAbsolute worst uhual place I have ever rented from. Poor customer service and the guy told me they were closed and that I could not see how many miles were driven from pick up to return. Tried over charging me when I was under the time and distance. I wouldn’t recommend. Literally dirty almost look never cleaned just a dust off and go.0/10
