My experience at this U-Haul location was absolutely terrible. The one worker there had no idea what to do and kept telling me to show him the self check in on my phone and I said I don’t have the self check in. I click the option to do it at the desk so he said no no no show me on your phone and I said it’s not working and he said I don’t know then so then I had to wait for another Work to show up who is late to his shift. He got there after my reservation time and then when I had the U-Haul representative that I was on the phone with speak to him she explained that I couldn’t have my reservation because he never finalize the return of the truck from the last customer so she told him that he had to do that, so then I was waiting and she was waiting on the phone as well so she said what’s going on. He still hasn’t process of return so I said what’s going on to the man at the store and he had to ask someone else how to do it so it’s very bad communication. They don’t know what goes on there and it made me very late past schedule. I left there at 9 o’clock when I should’ve had the truck at 8:30.

HERMELINDO CThis location is just a gas station with staff that do not know how to deal with u-haul at all. They don't have any additional equipment but 9" vans. They only guard the keys for the vans, they can not answer any questions, and recommend to call tech support.
Sergii ITruck was dirty and utility dolly was unavailable, even though I was charged for it.
